Fine Line Tattoo Training Course​​

Our Fine Line Tattoo Training is a 2-day, beginner-level educational course designed to introduce students to the foundational skills of fine line tattooing in a structured, supervised environment.

Led by experienced artist Kayla, this course focuses on building a strong understanding of essential techniques including linework control, proper depth awareness, machine setup, sanitation fundamentals, and how fine line tattoos heal on the skin. With over 1,000 completed fine line tattoos and extensive real-world experience, Kayla provides hands-on guidance throughout the entire training.

This course is designed for individuals who are new to tattooing or looking to explore fine line techniques in a safe and educational setting. It is not an apprenticeship and does not replace state or local licensing requirements.

What You Will Learn

Hands-On Training

Students will participate in guided, supervised practice on synthetic skin and live models during Day 2 of training. All live model work is instructor-supported and conducted in a controlled educational environment.

Kit Included

Each student receives a beginner starter kit (valued at $500+) which includes essential tools and supplies for training purposes such as:

• Tattoo machine

• Needles

• Ink

• Practice materials

• Barrier protection

• Sanitation supplies

Important Information

• This is a 2-day educational training course (not an apprenticeship or licensure)

• Certifications may be required

• Licensing is not included and must be completed independently through your city/county or local health department

• Live model practice is strictly for educational purposes under instructor supervision

• Models must be a friend, family member, or the student themselves

• iPad and Apple Pencil with Procreate are required for design work
